About the Event
Washington State Parks, as part of a public planning process, developed its preliminary land use plan for the proposed boundary expansion at Riverside State Park to include Glen Tana. State Parks, in partnership with the Spokane Tribe of Indians and Inland Northwest Land Conservancy, is planning for the future of working to acquire Glen Tana for expanded environmental stewardship, recreational access in a high-demand and near urban location, and support of salmon reintroduction efforts.
State Parks invites the community to an open house to learn more. There will be posters and maps to view the preliminary land use recommendations.
